What is Talent Plus?

Talent Plus is a programme designed to help recent graduates get a foot in the door in the industry that they have studied in. After three weeks of invaluable training preparing them for a commercial environment, the graduates on the Talent Plus programme are looking for a work placement for a period of up to 12 weeks, 2 days a week. The placement will give the graduates some vital work experience, giving them a taste of industry and add some real value to their CV.

What are the benefits to my company?

The graduate placements are free of charge to you*. This programme is your opportunity to utilise a fresh, enthusiastic and qualified person and their skills. If you were looking to recruit and wanted the opportunity to trial a candidate before employing them then Talent Plus is the programme for you. If you have been meaning to do a project for a while but just haven’t got the time, Talent Plus could be for you!

Ok sounds great! What’s the process?

We have a bank of Graduates that have already been through the programme with a whole range of qualifications and specialism’s. All you need to do is let us know what the opportunity is and our experienced team will select a range of CV’s for you to view. Let us know who you would like to interview and when and we’ll arrange it all for you. Once a graduate is selected you will get a visit from the team just to complete a health and safety questionnaire. We will stay in touch with you and the graduate to make sure all is running smoothly. 

*All we ask is that you cover the travel costs of the graduates we place with you.
