Our Guidance Service provides a wide range of services to support learners in areas such as finance, personal or welfare concerns, disability, immigration status, higher education, jobs and careers. Our Guidance Service is formally accredited with the Matrix award – an essential quality kitemark for information, advice and guidance services.

We can also provide learners with all the learning support they are likely to need during their studies, including friendly and approachable tutors, learning resource centres and any additional support with basic skills. 

Once enrolled with us, learners will be assigned a personal tutor who will ensure that they have chosen the course that’s right for them. He/she is there to ensure learners settle into student life and to help resolve any problems learners may have throughout their studies.
