Directions From the M60 Eastbound it is best to leave at Junction 27 and turn left, heading up Tiviot Way, then along Manchester Road, turning right at the second set of junction lights onto Broadstone Road. Broadstone House is about half a mile along on the right.
Westbound on the M60 the slip road commences about two thirds of a mile before the junction. It takes you to a large roundabout with multiple sets of traffic lights, mostly on gantrys. Turn under the motorway, heading for the A626.
Approaching from Manchester along the A 6, pass the McVities factory on the right, then veer left at the junction lights. Turn left again at the next lights onto Broadstone Road.
